MSNBC - Mideast cease-fire paves way for peace talks. Israel to release 500 prisoners, hand back five West Bank towns.

It is amazing what progress can be made, now that Arafat is dead and no-longer manipulating the Palestinians or pocketing money (where did you think he got it all from?) destined for them. I hope that the progress will encourage Palestinians to keep militants under control.
